The following lawsuits were filed at the Court of International Trade during the week of Oct. 7-13:

Endura Products, Inc., challenging portions of CBP's determination in an Enforce and Protect Act investigation that Columbia Aluminum Products evaded antidumping and countervailing duties on aluminum extrusions from China. #19-00190. Filed Oct. 7.

Appeals of CIT Decisions

No appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of Oct. 7-13.
