The following lawsuits were filed at the Court of International Trade during the weeks of Aug. 12-18:

Diamond Tools Technology (Thailand) Ltd., challenging the Commerce's Department's determination that diamond sawblades produced in Thailand by Diamond Tools with Chinese cores and Chinese segments are circumventing antidumping duties on diamond sawblades from China (see 1907250007). #19-00143. Filed Aug. 15.

Appeals of CIT Decisions

No appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of Aug. 12-18.
