The following lawsuits were filed at the Court of International Trade during the week of April 15-21:

Unicatch Industrial Co., Ltd., challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on steel nails from Taiwan covering entries in 2016-17. #19-00052. Filed April 15.

National Association of Manufacturers, challenging provisions in CBP's Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act drawback regulations that prohibit claims for drawback on excise taxes (see 1904180046). #19-00053. Filed April 17.

The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of April 15-21:

U.S. government, appealing a March 11 CIT decision denying its motion to dismiss a challenge to the exclusion of One World Technologies garage door openers under a Section 337 exclusion order, and ordering a preliminary injunction barring the seizure of the merchandise. #19-1783. Opened April 18.
