The following lawsuits were filed at the Court of International Trade during the week of Feb. 25 - March 3:

Acquisition 362, LLC, on the assessment of antidumping duties at 76.46% on its passenger vehicle and light truck tires. Acquisition 362 says the entry should have liquidated at an 8.72% rate. #19-00024. Filed Feb. 26.

Hospitality Purchasing Group International, LLC, on the assessment of antidumping duties at 216.01% on its wooden bedroom furniture. Hospitality says the entry should have deemed liquidated at a rate of 6.68%. #19-00025. Filed Feb. 26.
