The following lawsuits were filed at the Court of International Trade during the week of Jan. 28 - Feb. 3:

Incipio Technologies, on the classification of wristlets and media player covers. CBP classified the merchandise separately under subheadings 4202.22.1500 (16%) for the wristlets; 3926.10.0000 (5.3%), 4202.92.9060 (17.6%) and 4202.92.9026 (17.6%) for the media player covers; and 8507.60.00 (3.4%) for the power supplies. Incipio says it should have instead been classified under subheadings 4202.32.1000 (4.6% + 12.1¢/kg) for the wristlets, 8473.30.5100 (free) or 3926.10.00 (5.3%) for the media player covers, and 8504.40.85 (free) or 8504.40.95 (1.4%) for the power supplies. #19-00018.
