The following lawsuits were filed at the Court of International Trade during the week of Jan. 7-13:

Macao Commercial and Industrial Spring Mattress Manufacturer, challenging the Commerce Department's final determination that it circumvented the antidumping duty order on uncovered innerspring units from China (see 1812260030). #19-00005. Filed Jan. 11.

Prosperity Tieh Enterprise Co., appealing a confidential CIT decision issued Dec. 20 in a case challenging Commerce's final determination in the antidumping duty investigation on corrosion-resistant steel products from Taiwan. #19-1400. Opened Jan. 11.
