Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd, challenging the Commerce Department's final determination in the antidumping duty investigation on polytetrafluoroethylene resin from India. #19-00002. Filed Jan. 3.

SIGMA Corporation, challenging a recent Commerce scope ruling on its SAFELET and UNILET brand fire-protection weld outlets under antidumping duties on carbon steel butt-weld pipe fittings from China. #19-00003. Filed Jan. 3.

United States, seeking $1,000,822.14 in unpaid excise taxes from Karny Enterprises, Inc., Good Times USA LLC and Great American Alliance Insurance Co. on imports of cigars from the Dominican Republic. #19-00004. Filed Jan. 4.
