The following lawsuits were filed at the Court of International Trade during the week of Nov. 19-25:

Calgon Carbon Corporation and Cabot Norit Americas, Inc., challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on activated carbon from China. #18-00232. Filed Nov. 20.

The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of Nov. 19-25:

Nucor Corporation, appealing a Sept. 10 CIT decision that sustained a redetermination of the countervailing duty investigation on cold-rolled steel products from South Korea. #19-1213. Opened Nov. 19.
