United States, seeking recovery of customs duties under 19 USC 1582 from E.G. Plastics Inc. No other information is available on the case. #18-00226. Filed Nov. 7.

Thom Browne, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of first sale treatment in the valuation of its imports of wearing apparel. #18-00227. Filed Nov. 8.

Shake and Shingle Alliance, challenging a recent Commerce scope ruling that cedar shakes and shingles are subject to antidumping and countervailing duties on softwood lumber from Canada (see 1810110040). #18-00228. Filed Nov. 8.
