Union Way Corp., challenging CBP's denial of first sale treatment on its imported footwear. CBP valued the footwear at the purchase price paid by the importer to the middleman. Union Way says it should have been valued at the price paid by the middleman to the producer. #18-00180. Filed Aug. 20.
Composite Technology International, on the classification of LVL painted engineered wood stiles. CBP classified the merchandise in subheadings 4421.90.9760 (3.3%) and 4421.90.9780 (3.3%).
