Maquilacero S.A. de C.V., challenging the Commerce Department's final results of its antidumping duty administrative review on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Mexico covering entries in 2015-16. #18-00157. Filed July 2.

Zhengzhou Yudi Shengjin Agricultural Trade Co. Ltd., challenging Commerce's final results of its antidumping duty new shipper review on fresh garlic from China. #18-00158. Filed July 2.

Thom Browne, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of first sale treatment in the valuation of its imports of wearing apparel. #18-00159. Filed July 2.

Archer Daniels Midland Company, Cargill, Incorporated, and Tate & Lyle Ingredients Americas LLC, challenging Commerce's final negative determination in the countervailing duty investigation on citric acid and certain citrate salts from Thailand. #18-00160. Filed July 2.
