Trade-Related Court Cases Filed for Week of June 4-10

The following lawsuits were filed at the Court of International Trade during the week of June 4-10:

Trendium Pool Products, Inc., challenging a Commerce Department scope ruling finding its pool kits and walls are subject to antidumping and countervailing duties on corrosion-resistant steel products from China and Italy. #18-00132. Filed June 7.

Shanghai Yueda Nail Co., Ltd., challenging Commerce's final determination in its antidumping duty investigation on carton-closing staples from China. #18-00133. Filed June 7.
