Trade-Related Court Cases Filed for Week of March 12-18

The following lawsuits were filed at the Court of International Trade during the week of March 12-18:

Meyer Corp., challenging the denial of first sale treatment and Generalized System of Preferences treatment on entries of cookware. #18-00052. Filed March 13.

National Nail Corp., challenging the Commerce Department's final results of its antidumping duty administrative review on steel nails from Taiwan covering entries in 2015-16. #18-00053. Filed March 15.
