Trade-Related Court Cases Filed for Week of Jan. 15-21

The following lawsuits were filed at the Court of International Trade during the week of Jan. 15-21:

The Alliance for Free Choice and Jobs in Flooring, challenging the International Trade Commission's final injury determination in the antidumping and countervailing duty sunset reviews on multilayered wood flooring from China, resulting in the AD/CV duty orders remaining in place. #18-00003. Filed Jan. 18.
