The following lawsuits were filed at the Court of International Trade during the week of Aug. 28 - Sept. 3:

Star Pipe Products, challenging a recent Commerce Department scope ruling that found its joint restraint kits are subject to the antidumping duty order on steel threaded rod from China (see 1708220038). #17-00229. Filed Aug. 30.

BASF Corporation, on the classification of food grade dry vitamin A palmitate 250. CBP classified the merchandise in subheading 2106.90.9500 (10%). BASF says it should be classified in subheading 2936.21.0000 (free). #17-00230. Filed Sept. 1.

Midwest Fastener Corp., challenging a Commerce scope ruling that found its strike pin anchors are subject to the antidumping duty order on steel nails from China #17-00231. Filed Sept. 1.
