Deacero S.A.P.I. de C.V. and Deacero USA, Inc., challenging the final results of the Commerce Department's antidumping duty administrative review on carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod from Mexico covering entries in 2014-15. #17-00183. Filed July 17.
Rebar Trade Action Coalition, challenging the final results of Commerce's antidumping duty administrative review on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Mexico covering entries in 2014-15. #17-00184. Filed July 17.
Heze Huayi Chemical Co., Ltd., challenging the final results of Commerce's countervailing duty administrative review on chlorinated isocyanurates from China covering entries in 2014. #17-00185. Filed July 17.
Meyer Corp., challenging the denial of first sale treatment and Generalized System of Preferences treatment on entries of cookware. #17-00186. Filed July 18.
Ningbo Qixin Solar Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd., challenging the final results of Commerce's antidumping duty administrative review on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China covering entries in 2014-15. #17-00187. Filed July 18.
Incipio Technologies, on the classification of wristlets and media player covers. CBP classified the merchandise under subheadings 4202.22.1500 (16%) and 3926.10.0000 (5.3%). Incipio says it should have instead been classified under subheadings 4202.32.1000 (4.6% + 12.1¢/kg) and 8473.30.5100 (free) or 8522.90.7580 (2%). #17-00188. Filed July 19.

United States Steel Corporation, challenging the antidumping duty order on oil country tubular goods from India. #17-00190. Filed July 20.
In Zone Brands, challenging the classification of its toy character toppers. CBP classified the merchandise in HTS subheading 3923.50.0000 (5.3%). In Zone said it should be classified in subheading 9503.00.0090 (free). #17-00191. Filed July 21.
Composite Technology International, on the classification of painted LVL wood stiles, rails and blocks. CBP classified the merchandise in subheading 4421.90.9780 (3.3%) and 4418.90.4695 (3.2%). Composite says they should be classified in subheading 4412.99.5100 (free) or 4412.99.9500 (free). #17-00192. Filed July 21.
