United States, seeking unpaid excise taxes and interest from Maverick Marketing, Good Times USA, and American Alternative Insurance Co. on imported cigars. #17-00174. Filed July 10.
Composite Technology International, on the classification of door stiles and rails. CBP classified the merchandise in subheading 4421.90.9780 (3.3%). Composite says they should be classified in subheading 4412.99.5100 (free) or 4412.99.9500 (free). #17-00175. Filed July 10.
Sidenor Aceros Especiales, challenging the final results of Commerce's antidumping duty administrative review on stainless steel from Spain. #17-00176. Filed July 11.
Industrial Chemicals, on the classification of organic chemicals. Composite says that its failure to claim Generalized System of Preferences eligibility on entries before a Dec. 28, 2015, deadline is a correctable mistake. #17-00177. Filed July 11.

Qingdao Xintianfeng Foods Co., challenging Commerce's final results of the 21st administrative review, as published in Fresh Garlic From the People’s Republic of China: Final Results and Partial Rescission of the 21st Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2014-2015. #17-00181. Filed July 13.
Lamax Foods, on the classification of light amber honey. CBP classified the merchandise subject to antidumping duties under subheading 0409.00.0062 ($2.63/kg). Lamax says the honey shouldn't be subject to antidumping duties. #17-00182. Filed July 12.
