Incase Design, on the classification of media player covers and computer cover/stands. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 3926.10.0000 (5.2%). Incase says it should have instead been classified under subheadings 8473.30.5100 (free) and 8522.90.7580 (2%). #17-037. Filed March 6.

MerchSource, on the classification of an oversized flask. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 7326.90.3500 (7.8%). MerchSource says it should have instead been classified under subheading 7323.93.0080 (2%). #17-038. Filed March 6.

MerchSource, on the classification of a wax LED tree flameless candle. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 9405.40.8000 (3.9%). MerchSource says it should have instead been classified under subheading 9602.00.4000 (1.8%). #17-039. Filed March 6.

Aisin Holdings of America, on the classification of power back door actuator assemblies. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 8501.31.4000 (4%). Aisin says it should have instead been classified under subheading 8431.39.0080 (free). #17-040. Filed March 7.

Incipio Technologies, on the classification of power banks for mobile phones. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 8507.60.0000 (3.4%). Incipio says it should have instead been classified under subheading 8504.40.8500 (free). #17-043. Filed March 9.
