The following lawsuits were filed at the Court of International Trade during the week of Jan. 30 - Feb. 5:

In Zone Brands, challenging CBP's classification of its toy character toppers. CBP classified the merchandise in HTS subheading 3923.50.0000 (5.3%). In Zone said it should be classified in subheading 9503.00.0090 (free). #17-025. Filed Feb. 2.

Yantai CMC Bearing Co. Ltd., challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on tapered roller bearings and parts thereof from China covering entries in 2014-15. #17-026. Filed Feb. 3.
