JFE Steel Corporation, challenging the final determination in Commerce's antidumping duty investigation on hot-rolled steel flat products from Japan. #16-00234. Filed Nov. 2.

Incase Design, on the classification of mini car chargers and high speed mini car chargers with a lightning to USB connector. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 8504.40.9550 (1.5%). Incase says it should have instead been classified under subheading 8504.40.8500 (free). #16-00235. Filed Nov. 2.

Incipio Technologies, on the classification of power banks for mobile phones. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 8507.60.0000 (3.4%). Incipio says it should have instead been classified under subheading 8504.40.8500 (free). #16-00236. Filed Nov. 2.

Nucor Corporation, challenging the final determination in Commerce's countervailing duty investigation on hot-rolled steel flat products from South Korea. #16-00237. Filed Nov. 2.

United States, seeking a penalty of $87,740.60 for negligent violations of 19 USC 1592, and $33,901.88 in unpaid duties, from Deladiep, Incorporated, and John Delatorre for false statements on entry documentation and non-payment of antidumping and countervailing duties on their imports of raw flexible magnets from China. #15-00241. Filed Nov. 4.

Star Ace Asia Ltd., challenging CBP's valuation of its imported apparel. CBP valued the merchandise based on the post-importation selling price in the U.S. Star Ace says it should have been valued at the price paid or payable when sold for importation in the U.S. #15-00242. Filed Nov. 4.
