The following lawsuits were filed at the Court of International Trade during the week of Sept. 26 - Oct. 2:

Saint-Gobain Ceramic Materials, on the classification of porcelain beads for use as grinding media. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 6909.19.5095 (4%). Saint-Gobain says it should have instead been classified under subheading 6909.11.2000 (free) or 6804.22.6000 (free). #16-00192. Filed Sept. 26.

Amcor Flexibles Kreuzlingen AG, on the classification of aluminum foil packaging material. CBP classified the merchandise under subheadings 3921.90.4090 (4.2%) and 7607.20.1000 (3.7%). Carbon Activated Corporation, Ningxia Mineral and Chemical Limited, Shanxi DMD Corporation, Shanxi Industry Technology Trading Co., Ltd., Shanxi Sincere Industrial Co., Ltd., Tianjin Channel Filters Co., Ltd., and Tianjin Maijin Industries Co., Ltd., challenging the final results of the Commerce Department's antidumping duty administrative review on activated carbon from China covering entries in 2014 and 2015. #16-00202.
