Magid Glove & Safety Manufacturing, on the classification of knit fabric gloves covered in polyurethane. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 6116.10.5520 (13.2%). Magid says it should have instead been classified under subheading 3926.20.1050 (free). #16-00149-53. Filed Aug. 12.
