Extreme Linen on the classification of a bedding assortment in a PVC storage bag. CBP classified the merchandise under HTS subheading 9404.90.85, dutiable at 12.8%. Extreme Linen says it should have been classified under subheadings 9404.90.85 (12.8%), 6303.92.20 (11.3%), 6304.93.00 (9.3%), 9404.90.20 (6%) and 3924.90.56 (3.4%). #16-00142. Filed Aug. 1.

Textiles from Europe on the classification of a bedding assortment in a reusable PVC storage bag. CBP classified the merchandise under HTS subheading 9404.90.8522, dutiable at 12.8%.
