Qingdao Tiantaixing Foods Co. challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the antidumping administrative review on fresh garlic from China covering entries in 2013 and 2014. #16-00114. Filed June 29.

AK Steel challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the countervailing duty investigation on corrosion resistant steel products from Taiwan. #16-00115. Filed July 1.

Shenzhen Xinboda Industrial Co. challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the antidumping administrative review on fresh garlic from China covering entries in 2013 and 2014. #16-00114. Filed July 1.

Since Hardware (Guangzhou) Co. added to a previously filed appeal of an April 7 CIT decision upholding a redetermination of the final results of an antidumping duty administrative review on floor-standing metal-top ironing tables and certain parts thereof from China. #16-2172. Filed June 2.
