L&N Trading, Inc., on the determination that merchandise was of Chinese origin and application of antidumping duties. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 0409.00.0056 (General rate of duty (1.9 cents/kg); Anti-dumping duty (A-570-863-000) rate of 2.63 cents/kg). L&N says it should have instead been classified under subheading 0409.00.0056 (General rate of duty (1.9 cents/kg)). #16-00108. Filed June 13.
Gator Cases on the classification of wooden packing. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 4202.12.2020 (20%). Gator says it should have instead been classified under subheading 4415.10.300 (duty-free) or heading 4420.90.4500 (4.3%) or 4420.90.6500 (duty-free). #16-00109. Filed June 14.
