Stacey Chavez on the NAFTA eligibility of entries of sweet corn under HTS subheading 0709.99.45. CBP assessed a 21.3% duty. Chavez said it should have entered duty free. #16-00060. Filed April 11.
Hyosung Corporation challenging the Commerce Department's antidumping duty administrative review of large power transformers from South Korea for entries in 2013-14. #16-00061. Filed April 12.
SDC International challenging the Commerce Department's antidumping duty administrative review of steel nails from China for entries in 2013-14. #16-00062. Filed April 15.
