Portucel challenging the International Trade Commission's final injury determination in the antidumping duty investigation on uncoated paper from Portugal. #16-00058. Filed April 4.

Shandong Oriental Cherry Hardware Group challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on steel nails from China. #16-00059. Filed April 6.
