The United States seeking $155,732.67 from UPS Supply Chain Solutions and $48,905.49 from Great American Alliance Insurance Company in unpaid duties and interest on entries of apparel declared as NAFTA-originating that UPS and importer Majestic Mills should have known was not eligible for NAFTA treatment. #16-00010.
