Textiles from Europe on the classification of a bedding assortment in a reusable PVC storage bag. CBP classified the merchandise under HTS subheading 9404.90.8522, dutiable at 12.8%. Textiles from Europe says it should have been classified under subheadings 9404.90.8522 (12.8%), 6303.92.2050 (11.3%), 6304.93.0000 (9.3%), 9404.90.2000 (6%), and 3924.90.5650 (3.4%). #15-00325, -00326. CBP classified the merchandise under HTS subheadings 8479.89.98 (2.5%), 8430.50.50 (free) and 8429.40.00 (free).
