Capella Sales & Services challenging the effective date of a change to the "all others" countervailing duty rate on aluminum extrusions from China (see 1511090024). #15-00318. Filed Dec. 10.

Aireko Construction challenging a Commerce Department scope ruling that found its solar modules assembled in China from U.S.-origin solar cells are subject to antidumping and countervailing duties on crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from China (see 1511180049. #15-00319. Filed Dec. 11.
