Aristocraft of America challenging the final results of the 2013-14 antidumping duty administrative review on steel wire garment hangers from China. #15-00307. Filed Nov. 18.

Pacific Meridian Group on the classification of its jasmine tea. CBP classified the merchandise under subheadings 0902.20.1000 (6.4%) and 0902.10.1000 (6.4%). Pacific Meridian says it should have instead been classified under subheading 0902.40.0000 (free) or 0902.20.9050 (free). #15-00308. Filed Nov. 18.

Shanghai Wells Hanger Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Wells Ltd., and Hong Kong Wells Ltd. (USA); Best For Less Dry Cleaners Supply LLC; Ideal Chemical & Supply Company; Laundry & Cleaners Supply Inc.; Rocky Mountain Hanger MFG Co.; Rosenberg Supply Co., Ltd; and ZTN Management Company, LLC challenging the final results of the 2013-14 antidumping duty administrative review on steel wire garment hangers from China. #15-00309. Nanjing Topsun Racking Manufacturing Co., Ltd. challenging the Commerce Department's final determinations in the antidumping and countervailing duty investigations on boltless steel shelving prepackaged for sale from China. #15-00310, -00311. Filed Nov. 20.
