The following lawsuits were filed at the Court of International Trade during the week of Oct. 12-18:

Dog Brands on the classification of pet carriers. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 4202-92-9060 (17.6%). Dog Brands says it should have instead been classified under subheading 6307.90.9889 (7%). #15-00283. Filed Oct. 15.

Vietnam Association of Seafood Exporters and Producers and 25 other foreign producers and exporters challenging the final results of the 2013-14 antidumping duty administrative review on frozen warmwater shrimp from Vietnam. #15-00284. Filed Oct. 15.

LG Electronics challenging the final results of the 2012-14 antidumping duty administrative review on large residential washers from South Korea. #15-00285. Filed Oct. 16.
