Gold East Paper (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd and Ningbo Zhonghua Paper Co., Ltd. and Gold Huasheng Paper Co., Ltd. challenging a Section 129 implementing the results of a World Trade Organization case on coated paper suitable for high-quality print graphics using sheet-fed presses. #15-00262. Filed Sept. 14.

Hartford Fire Insurance challenging CBP claims on bonds covering entries of honey. Hartford says the bonds should be canceled because they contained errors. #15-00263. Filed Sept. 18.

Pacific Accelerator challenging the final results of an antidumping duty administrative review on potassium permanganate from China. #14-00264. Filed Sept. 18.
