The following lawsuits were filed at the Court of International Trade during the week of May 25-31:

IKEA Supply challenging scope rulings that found its towel racks and cabinet and drawer handles, made of aluminum extrusions with steel fasteners, are ineligible for the "finished merchandise" exemption from antidumping and countervailing duties on aluminum extrusions from China. #15-00152/00153. Filed May 27.

Deckers Outdoor Corporation on the classification of footwear. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 6404.19.39 (37.5%). Deckers says it should have instead been classified under subheading 6404.11.89 (90¢/pair + 20%) or 6404.11.90 (20%). #15-00154. Filed May 29.
