The following lawsuits were filed at the Court of International Trade during the week of March 2-8:

Qingdao Barry Flooring Co., Ltd. challenging the final results of the Commerce Department's 2013-14 antidumping duty administrative review on multilayered wood flooring from China. $15-00056. Filed March 2.

Chemtall Incorporated on the classification of carboxyamid-function compounds and amide-function compounds of carbonic acid. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 2924.19.8000 (6.5%). Chemtall says it should have instead been classified under subheading 2924.19.1110 or 2924.19.1150 (both 3.7%). #15-00057. Filed March 3.

Service Lighting & Electric Supplies on the classification of LED lights. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 9405.40.80 (3.9%). Service Lighting says it should have instead been classified under subheading 8543.70.7000 (2%). #15-00058. Filed March 4.
