Pharma Marine USA on the classification of calamarine oil. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 1504.20.6040 (1.5¢/kg + 5%). Pharma Marine says it should have instead been classified under subheading 3001.90.0190 (free) or 1506.10.0000 (0.5%). #15-00014. Summons filed Jan. 22.

Meyer Corp., U.S. challenging CBP's denial of first sale treatment and GSP treatment on entries of cookware. #15-00018-19. Filed Jan. 23.

Topcon Positioning Systems, Inc. on the classification of surveying instruments, parts and accessories. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 9031.49.9000 (3.5%). Topcon says it should have instead been classified under subheading 9015.30.4000 (free) or 9014.90.0030 (free). #15-00020. Summons filed Jan. 23.
