The following lawsuits were filed at the Court of International Trade during the week of Dec. 22-28:

Otter Products on the demand for redelivery of protective covers. Otter says the merchandise was outside an International Trade Commission exclusion order. #14-00348. Summons filed Dec. 22.

SKF USA Inc. on the classification of wheel hub units. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 8482.20.0060 (5.8%). SKF says it should have instead been classified under subheading 8708.99.5800 (2.5%) or 8708.99.8115 (2.5%). #14-00349. Summons filed Dec. 23.

Pet Life LLC on the classification of pet carriers. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 4202.92.9026 (17.6%). Pet Life says it should have instead been classified under subheading 6307.90.9889 (7%). #14-00349. Summons filed Dec. 23.

Ajinomoto North America challenging the Commerce Department's final antidumping determination on Monosodium Glutamate from China. #14-00351. Summon filed Dec. 24.

Prysm Inc. on the classification of display devices. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 8528.59.3370 (5%). Prysm says it should have instead been classified under subheading 8543.70.96 (2.6%) or 8543.70.92 (free) or 8528.59.31 (free). . #14-00349. Summons filed Dec. 22.

Appeals of CIT Decisions

CP Kelco appealing a CIT decision that sustained the International Trade Commission final determination that domestic industry suffered no injury by reason of xanthan gum from Austria and China. #15-1209. Filed Dec. 23.
