SKF USA Inc. on the classification of wheel hub units. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 8482.20.0060 (5.8%). SKF says it should have instead been classified under subheading 8708.99.5800 (2.5%) or 8708.99.8115 (2.5%). #14-00349. Summons filed Dec. 23.
