Shandong Taihe Water Treatment Co., Ltd. and Shandong Taihe Chemicals Co., Ltd. challenging the final results of the 2012-13 antidumping duty administrative review on 1-hydroxyethylene-1, 1-diphosphonic acid (HEDP) from China. #14-00273. Summons filed Oct. 20.
Delverde Industrie Alimentari, S.p.A. challenging the final results of a changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on pasta from Italy. #14-00274. Summons filed Oct. 20.
Van Buren International challenging CBP's denial of its protests on the classification of polyurethane coated woven fabric. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 5903.20.2500 (6.5%). Van Buren says it should have instead been classified under subheading 5903.20.2000 (free). #14-00275. Summons filed Oct. 21.
Ad Hoc Shrimp Trade Action Committee challenging the final results of the 2012-13 antidumping duty administrative review on frozen warmwater shrimp from Vietnam. #14-00276. Summons filed Oct. 21.
Meyer Corp. challenging CBP's denial of first sale valuation and GSP eligibility on entries of cookware into the Port of San Francisco. #14-00277. Summons filed Oct. 21.
Pharma Marine USA challenging CBP's denial of its protests on the classification of fish oil. CBP classified the merchandise under subheadings 3824.90.4140 (4.6%) and 1504.20.6040 (1.5¢ + 5%). Pharma Marine says it should have instead been classified under subheading 3001.90.0190 (free) or 1516.10.0000 (0.5%). #14-00278/279. Summons filed Oct. 22.
Sakar International challenging CBP's denial of its protests on the classification of accessories for cellphones and MP3 players. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 4202.92.4500 (20%). Sakar says it should have instead been classified under subheading 3926.90.9980 (5.3%). #14-00280. Summons filed Oct. 23.
Jing Mei Automotive challenging CBP's denial of its protests on the classification of plastic automotive parts. CBP classified the merchandise under subheadings 3923.50.0000 (5.3%), 3926.30.1000 (6.5%), 3926.30.5000 (5.3%), 3926.90.9980 (5.3%), and 8708.29.5060 (2.5%). Brenntag Great Lakes challenging CBP's denial of its protests on the classification of hydrophobic fumed silica. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 3824.90.9290 (5%). Target General Merchandise challenging CBP's denial of its protests on the classification of LEDs. CBP classified the merchandise under subheadings 9405.30.00 (8%), 9405.20.60 (6%), 9405.20.80 (3.9%), 9405.40.60 (6%), and 9405.40.80 (3.9%). Target says it should have instead been classified under subheading 8543.70.70 (2%). #14-00283/284. Summons filed Oct. 23.
Irwin Industrial Tool Company challenging CBP's denial of its protests on the classification of pliers, including long-nose cutting pliers, large-jaw pliers, curved-jaw pliers, and curved-jaw cutting pliers. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 8204.12.0000 (9%). Van Buren says it should have instead been classified under subheading 8203.20.6030 or 8203.20.6060 (12¢/dozen +5.5%). #14-00285.
