CBP Cancels 1 CHB License With Prejudice

CBP said the following customs broker license, as well as any and all permits, were canceled with prejudice:

Santos pleaded guilty last year to entry of misclassified goods, smuggling, and making false statements, in connection with a scheme in which he misidentified goods duty free, and then collected the full amount of duties actually owed to CBP from clients and pocketed the difference (see 13052214).
