New lobbyist registrations on trade issues include:

Sorini, Samet, & Associates will lobby for the Confederation of Garment Exporters of the Philippines and the Garment Business Association of the Philippines on the "SAVE Our Industries Act (H.R. 2387/S. 1244)" (here) and (here). The legislation (here) would give preferential duty treatment to apparel from the Philippines.
