• Notice of Revocation of a Ruling Letter HQ 547654 Relating to Post-Importation Adjustments; Transfer Pricing; Related Party Transactions; Reconciliation
• Proposed Modification of Ruling Letter and Proposed Modification of Treatment Relating to the Eligibility of Recovered Refrigerant Gas for Preferential Tariff Treatment Under the NAFTA
