ABI Filers Seeing False "Docs Req'd" Message Instead of "Paperless" Response

U.S. Customs and Border Protection said it is aware that ABI filers are receiving "Docs Req'd" messages on entry summaries that normally would get a "paperless" response. CBP said it is working on the issue.
