New ITA Antidumping and Countervailing Notices for April 9

The International Trade Administration is publishing notices in the April 9, 2012, Federal Register on the following AD/CV proceedings (any notices that announce changes to AD/CV duty rates, the scope, affected firms, or effective dates will be detailed in another ITT article):

• Initiation of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Administrative Reviews and Request for Revocation in Part, and Deferral of Administrative Review (here) (correction of initiation notice published on March 30 in the Federal Register)
• Lightweight Thermal Paper From Germany (A-428-840): Notice of Final Results of the 2009-2010 Antidumping Duty Administrative Review (here)
