Upcoming ITC AD/CV & Patent Open Meeting Notices for April 6

The ITC is publishing notices in the April 6, 2012 Federal Register on meetings that are open to the public pursuant to the Government in the Sunshine Act with the following AD/CV and patent related items on the agenda (unless otherwise indicated, these meetings are held at the ITC Building):

Vote in Inv. No. 731--TA--683 (Third Review) (Fresh Garlic from China). The Commission is currently scheduled to transmit its determination and Commissioners’ opinions to the Secretary of Commerce by April 27, 2012. (meeting on April 12 at 9:30 a.m.) (here)
Vote in Inv. Nos. 701--TA--489 and 731--TA--1201 (Preliminary) (Drawn Stainless Steel Sinks from China). The Commission is scheduled to transmit its determinations to the Secretary of Commerce by April 16, 2012; Commissioners’ opinions are scheduled to be transmitted to the Secretary of Commerce by April 23, 2012.
