New ITC Investigation Notices for April 5

The International Trade Commission is publishing notices in the April 5, 2012, Federal Register on the following AD/CV injury, Section 337 patent, and other trade proceedings (any notices that warrant a more detailed summary will appear in another ITT article):

• Certain Digital Models, Digital Data, and Treatment Plans for Use in Making Incremental Dental Positioning Adjustment Appliances, the Appliances Made Therefrom, and Methods of Making the Same (337-TA-833); Institution of Investigation Pursuant to 19 U.S.C. 1337 (here)
• Silicon Metal From China (A-570-806 / 731-TA-472) (here) (In an expedited sunset review, ITC determined revocation of the antidumping duty order would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to U.S. industry within a reasonably forseeable time)
