CBP Updates its Comprehensive FAQ on ACE (No Substantive Changes Made)

U.S. Customs and Border Protection has posted an updated (April 2011) version of its comprehensive document on the Automated Commercial Environment entitled "ACE Frequently Asked Questions."

CBP notes that very few problems that users encounter are entirely new. This FAQ collects numerous often-asked questions and answers about the ACE system and its application into a single document.

No Substantive Changes Made to FAQ

There were no substantive changes made to the FAQ document. The FAQ now includes a table of contents. In addition, language was updated to reflect the deployment of A2.3.1a (AD/CVD Entries and Case Management) -- such as changing “will be located” to “are located” and changing “will be able” to “are able.”

(ESAR A2.3.1a was deployed on February 14, 2010. See ITT's Online Archives or 02/16/10 news, 10021605, for BP summary.)
